What Are The Health Benefits In a Kettlebell Workout?

By Tim Levin

A long time I've been wondering about whether or not a kettlebell workout really makes a difference in, not only your routine, but also in your general health. I went through a pretty standard trial period using these kettlebells to see how they would affect me. Here's how I changed my routine around these useful tools in the gym.

First off, the kettlebell has a very particular shape to it, so using this tool for certain exercises is out of the question. However, typically when I would be working out my back I would work with these kettlebells. Shoulder press and flat arms are terrific exercises to use these weights because the unique shape of the kettlebells is actually more comfortable for your hands while lifting.

I think that these tools are under used in the gym, as well. It's very rare to see someone using them, yet there are a few gym-goers that use these weights. I also found that kettlebells are really beneficial for lunges and even dead lifting. These tools can be very helpful, despite the lack of recognition it sees.

Kettlebells are not a very popularlrenownlreputed instrument in the gym. It is not very often you come across someone using them, however there are a dedicated few. Even though they are rarelylvaguelylsparingly used, kettlebells are good for shoulders, lunges and even dead lifting. These tools can be very helpful, despite the lack of recognition it sees.

I found that depending on how hard you exercise is a good way to tell what you should be eating. For example, if you're lifting or exercising with the plan of gaining weight, than you need a nice balance of protein, carbohydrates and fiber, it is also good to eat only two or three times a day so that metabolism slows down.
