A Few Examples Of What Might Be Seen On Newspaper And Magazine Plaques

By Stacey Massey

There are numerous items that could be displayed on newspaper and magazine plaques. From the front page of a newspaper that shows a photo of an award winning doctor, to the cover page of a magazine article about luxury cars, the options are virtually limitless. Countless individuals and businesses exhibit such plaques on their walls and doors, and they do so for a wide range of reasons.

People typically have much to be proud of, when they work in the medical and health care industries. It is an admirable feat to attend and graduate from medical school, and the cover of a major magazine could showcase the graduating class of a medical school at a prestigious university. Any one of that graduating class may wish to have a copy of such a magazine, and to have the cover made into a framed plaque.

Additional health care professionals, such as psychologists, dentists and chiropractors, might have articles and covers worth displaying on a wall or door. An article about advances in psychiatry could hang on the wall of a psychiatric facility. Along with documents that show various credentials, a chiropractic office might exhibit a framed piece about chiropractic care.

Photographs and articles that depict popular entertainers might also have a place on a vast array of walls. The bedroom wall of an adolescent boy might exhibit framed pieces about his favorite actors and musicians. Beauty spas and salons may display framed plaques with photos of celebrities who frequently request their services. An autographed item could even be worth some money.

Celebrities are not the only public figures who can be seen in published photos. Someone who runs a political campaign for a senatorial candidate might have an article framed, after the candidate wins the coveted position. An ideal graduation gift for a high school student might be a magazine photo of that student shaking the hand of a state governor.

Articles can also be seen hanging in many businesses offices. In order to make a good impression on job applicants, a human resources office might display an article that was written about one of its corporate officials. Newspaper and magazine photos of spectacular properties could ornament the walls of a real estate agency.

Retail stores are other places where one might see a variety of articles or photographs hanging prominently. An upscale clothing boutique could exhibit the cover photo of a piece about clothing designers. In a retail furniture store, customers might see a plaque with an article about the grand opening of the store.

Plaques may also serve to exhibit various hobbies and interests that individuals might have. An article about dog shows could ornament a wall in the home of someone who raises champion show dogs. A person who plays golf whenever possible might adorn an office door with an article about luxury golf courses.

Articles have been written on virtually every subject imaginable. People can exhibit some of their favorite topics and happiest memories, when articles and photos are transformed into newspaper and magazine plaques. Such an item is an adornment worth admiring, whether one finds it on the wall of an office or the door to a living room.
