There's no need to wait twenty five to thirty five years like most of the commercial trees.

Paulownia wood is actually one of the most valuable American Hardwoods. It has long proved its versatility and has become one of the highly priced wood materials. The wood has been utilized in making cabinets, furniture, veneers, moldings and musical instruments. This tree is said to be the most strong and resistant than any other commercial timber grown in the US. Although this tree originates in Asia, it has been grown in US for at least 150 years. Both the soil and climate in the states are very much suitable for such tree.

Apart from growing this tree commercially, it could also be a great choice if you want to get some shade for your home. It does not require herbicides or pesticides, and basically grows with little maintenance hence it would not be such hassle to take care of. The tree has large leaves and can function as dust trappers.

Royal paulownia is indeed royal when it comes to its uses and benefits both in the market and most importantly with the environment.
