How Kettlebell Exercises Help Mario Characters During Sports

By Rob Sutter

When Mario isn't going around helping princesses or thwarting the devious plans of the villainous Bowser, it seems like he is perfectly satisfied with playing sports with his friends. Those who have played the spinoff games like "Mario Tennis" know that he can be surprisingly athletic and intelligent in terms of sports and the rules that come with them. Of course, you better believe that they are going to train for game time. In this matter, I don't think anything fits the bill better than kettlebell exercises.

If you were to ask me why such games as "Mario Tennis" or "Mario Golf" exist, I couldn't really give you a straight answer. It seems like it's a common trait that video game companies take on when they have characters that are broadly popular. It's a given that they are to be applied further and not strictly in the realm of journeys, as one may assume off of the bat. Rather, they get to show their athletic parts and become competitive when they are on whatever field they choose.

Before they get into the mindset to play sports, though, it's important to be physically apt and I feel like certain regimens work to help someone get to that point. One can start off with simple stretches and I personally recommend that these be taken on as well. Sometimes when people go into weight training and they aren't prepared for what's to come, it puts them at risk of pulling a muscle or even breaking a bone. Warming up has far more importance than I think most people realized.

Mario and his group of friends are going to want to stay in shape for whatever sports game is to come and kettlebell exercises work well to accomplish this. Anyone can utilize these tools and the best part is that each area of the body is going to receive time and attention. This means that someone overly strong like Bowser would benefit from them just as well as a nimble yet graceful Peach would. To put it simply, fitness authorities such as Lorna bring just about everyone into the fold.

So it seems like the mustachioed plumber and his ensemble of friends is ready to take to the field and play. They are going to have to be strong in order to achieve success for either of their teams and it seems like they make something such as tennis seem like a matter of combat. As a result, you can assume that there is going to be a collective group of characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. It's up to them to work around the latter and come away successful.
