Holistic Therapies Complements The Conventions Of Remote Reiki Healing

By Thomas Roberts

A fully healthy person has all these 3 running at an optimum level; mental health, physical health and spiritual health. Traditionally, if one or all of them malfunction, they get treated separately. For example, psychologists treat mental health, physicians treat physical health and religious healers treat spiritual health through methods like remote reiki healing. Unlike conventional regeneration methods that target a specific health, holistic repair addresses a person as a whole, that is, their body, spirit and mind at the same time.

While still using the example of a headache; it can be caused by stress, depression, overworking and having deep regrets about the past, all of which are non-physical factors. It can also be caused by physical factors like bumping into a wall by mistake, or as a symptom of an infection. Or, it can be caused by the combination of both physical and non-physical factors. So, all these will need to be balanced to cure that headache.

Physical factors are obvious, examples are injuries and lack of exercise. According to this, a human body radiates energy from its mind, body and soul. A change in the state of one of these 3 will cause a change in all of them, they are intertwined. They all have to be in alignment for a person to be happy and health.

A lot of people are taking the this mending route today. They don't want to have one part of their being to be healthy while the other is not. They also realize that they heal quickly when they follow this approach. The human body tries to keep balance between the mind, soul and body through its regenerative processes.

The same approach that is used naturally by the body is adopted by holistic healers when the body fails to keep the balance, they call it purification. They help people to create a resistance-free body system where energy will flow freely without any imbalances between all the health levels. They help people to refine forms of energy, respond positively to imbalances and they teach them how to correct any imbalances willingly.

This mending process is all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle by having a healthy mind, body and soul. It involves being physically active, healthy eating, giving the body enough rest and et cetera to maintain a good physical health while at the same time focusing on the mind and soul.

To have a balanced spiritual health a person should know their live purpose, have a good karma and develop a strong spiritual connection. The health of the mind can be divided into 2, mental health and emotional health. Self-love and optimism will create a balanced mental health while gratitude and the ability to forgive may help improve the state of the emotional health.

People should not think that they can replace surgeries and other modern medication treatments with this improvement approach. They can use them together to heal faster and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
